    Description:

    World Wetlands Day is celebrated every year on 2nd Feb. The theme for this year's Wetlands Day celebration is ”Wetlands -Action for People and Nature", AAZP has organized an exclusive outreach event for Government School students today. Wetlands are vital for people and nature, they play a significant role in maintaining many natural cycles, provide numerous ecosystem services and are treasure troves of biodiversity. Over 100 students from various schools participated in the event which sought to engage, strengthen and accelerate action to conserve wetlands.
