Arignar Anna Zoological Park is the centre for excellence in education and an Institutional member with WAZA ( World Association for Zoos and Aquarium). Arignar Anna Zoological Park has established Zoo School in the year 1998, with the mission to educate the public about the importance of nature and wildlife conservation. It aims to promote an awareness for the conservation of biodiversity and the natural resources and encourages the action for a sustainable future.

Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Zoo school organises various lecture series, field based education sessions, online sessions, awareness and educational events and contests throughout the year. The programmes are aimed to impart Zoo education and create awareness to the public about the importance of wildlife and its conservation.
