INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility

• Participants will be grouped into the following four categories based on age:
  • Group I: 12 to 15 years – Rs. 250 per person
  • Group II: 16 to 18 years – Rs. 250 per person
  • Group III: 19 to 50 years – Rs. 700 per person
  • Group IV: Above 50 years – Rs. 700 per person
  • Forest Department: Rs.200 per Person
• Cash prizes will be awarded separately to male and female participants in each age category.
• Pregnant women and unregistered individuals are strictly not permitted to participate.
• If the registration is being made on behalf of a minor (12 to 17 years), the parent/guardian confirms that the child has their permission to participate. All rules shall apply to the minor. All event rules and regulations apply equally to minors.

Registration & Communication

• Provide a valid Email ID and active mobile number. All event communications will be through Email.
• Any notice sent to the registered mobile/email will be deemed as received by the participant.
• Printed tickets will be sent to the registered Email ID. Only the printed online ticket is valid for collecting the T-shirt, bib, and refreshments.
• Participants must carry a valid ID proof to collect the T-shirt & bib.
• Transfer of bibs to other runners is strictly not allowed.
• The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without assigning reasons.

Event Day Guidelines

• Participants are requested to abide by the guidelines provided.
• Participants are requested to collect the T-shirt/Bib at the venue from 5:00 am onwards.
• Only participants wearing the official event T-shirt and bib will be permitted to take part in the run.
• Participants are requested to wear comfortable shoes suitable for running on rough forest terrain.
• Participants must assemble in the zoo’s additional parking area by 5:30 a.m. (late entries will not be entertained).
• The event will begin with a refreshing workout session, followed by the run.
• Participants may park their vehicles in the designated zoo parking area.
• Refreshments can be collected after the run.
• E-certificates will be sent to participants after the event via registered Email ID.

Rules & Restrictions

• Participants are not allowed to bring plastic containers, or plastic-packed food inside the event campus.
• No pets allowed, no loud noise/music.
• Participants must ensure a silent run.
• Any violation may result in removal from the event or necessary action as per forest regulations.

Safety & Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety, and must consult a physician and undergo a medical check-up before participating.
• By registering, participants take full responsibility for their participation and shall not hold the organizing committee, its members, or associated entities liable for any injury, accident, or health issue during the run.

*Only the printed online tickets are valid to collect the T-shirt & Bib.
